Sterilization
TPC and Yeast &Mould are primary factor for food safety, due to improper storage and inadequate facility at growing area quality of spices get affected and have implication on food safety of such products
For better food safety it is recommended that sterilization be done before using high TPC/Y&M Spices
We have developed In-house facility for sterilization of spices for our customers
METAL DETECTION
There are heavy metal found in spices may be of ferrous, Non-ferrous, S.S.which need to be detected and removed for food safety, in our above plant we have online facility to remove heavy metals
Automatic drying facility
During rainy season when the atmosphere is with high moisture it is difficult to dry the material in open Sun for such
Difficult time we have facility to dry the material with auto driers.
